The State Health Benefits Program and School Employees Health Benefits Program must provide complete claims experience data to public employers participating in these programs upon written request. Pharmacy benefits managers must also provide prescription claims experience data to local unit employers who request it. The data must be provided in both electronic and manual formats within 60 days at no cost to the employer. Entities that fail to comply face penalties up to $5,000 per day.
