Establishes the "Fiscal Integrity for Future Attractions (FIFA) Act" to create a commission reviewing agreements for hosting major events in New.

The "Fiscal Integrity for Future Attractions (FIFA) Act" establishes an independent commission to review and approve agreements involving the commitment of public resources for hosting major events in New Jersey. The commission, consisting of the Governor, the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, and the Minority Leader of the General Assembly, must approve any agreement before it is ratified.
