Provides reimbursement for periodic cancer screenings for volunteer firefighters.

Requires reimbursement for periodic cancer screenings for volunteer firefighters, including for colon, lung, bladder, oral, thyroid, skin, blood, breast, cervical, testicular, and prostate cancers. Reimbursements are to be made by the state, with no out-of-pocket costs for the firefighter. Reimbursements are capped at $1,250 per three-year period, adjusted annually for inflation. The screenings must occur at least five years after the start of service and every three years thereafter.
