This bill amends "Nosey’s Law" to expand the list of animals prohibited from use in traveling animal acts. It removes exclusions for domestic species such as cattle, bison, dogs, cats, horses, ponies, donkeys, and mules from the definition of "wild or exotic animals." Additionally, it adds lagomorpha (rabbits and hares) and rodentia (rodents) to the list of prohibited animals. The bill also limits exceptions to the prohibition to educational institutions, excluding non-mobile, permanent institutions or facilities and outreach programs conducted by governmental entities.
