This bill designates the Browning Road Bridge in the Borough of Bellmawr as the “Marine Corps Captain James R. Reese Memorial Bridge” to honor Captain James R. Reese, who died in a helicopter crash while on duty in Japan. State or other public funds will not be used for signs bearing the designation. The Commissioner of Transportation can accept private funds for these signs. The act takes effect immediately.
