The "Powering Opportunity, Workforce, and Energy Reliability for New Jersey Act" or "Power NJ Act" directs the Board of Public Utilities (BPU) to establish a program to procure advanced nuclear energy facilities in the State. Entities interested in participating in the program would then have 60 days to submit an expression of interest.
