New Jersey A482 requires transportation network companies to share information about sexual misconduct investigations of drivers and authorizes them.

New Jersey A482 amends existing law to enhance safety measures for transportation network company (TNC) passengers. The bill mandates that TNC drivers provide information about previous employment with other TNCs and any sexual misconduct investigations during the application process. It also requires TNCs to share information about sexual misconduct allegations against drivers with other registered TNCs in the state.
