Withdraws New Jersey's participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative and repeals the Global Warming Response Act.

This bill withdraws New Jersey's participation in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) and repeals the Global Warming Response Act. It also removes references to the RGGI and the Global Warming Response Act from various sections of statutory law. The bill directs the Commissioner of Environmental Protection to notify RGGI of New Jersey's withdrawal. It transfers funds from the Global Warming Solutions Fund to the General Fund for ratepayer relief and amends laws related to the State’s Forest Stewardship Incentive Fund, Plug-in Electric Vehicle Incentive Fund, and Electric School Bus.
