Establishes EMT Workforce Development Partnership in DOH, appropriates $1.5 million.

This bill creates the EMT Workforce Development Partnership in the Department of Health (DOH) to provide a pathway for high school students, ages 16 and older, students of institutions of higher education, and community residents to become certified emergency medical technicians (EMTs). The partnership will be developed by the Commissioner of Health, in collaboration with the Commissioner of Education and the Secretary of Higher Education.
