New Jersey A4741 restricts the use of artificial intelligence in election campaign communications.

New Jersey A4741 restricts the use of artificial intelligence in election campaign communications. It prohibits the publication, circulation, broadcast, or public availability of any communication created or altered using artificial intelligence within 90 days before an election. Such communications must be clearly labeled with a disclaimer stating that artificial intelligence was used in creating the message.
