Establishes a support liaison in the Department of Treasury to assist beneficiaries of emergency responders who die in the line of duty.

New Jersey A4709 establishes an Office of Emergency Responder Survivor Support and Navigation within the Department of Treasury to assist beneficiaries of emergency responders who have died in the line of duty. The office will be led by a survivor support liaison and include at least three additional employees. It will help beneficiaries with applications for municipal, state, and federal government benefits, as well as private survivor benefit and scholarship programs.
