Establishes the Affordable Housing Obligation Study Commission to assist New Jersey municipalities in addressing affordable housing obligations.

The Affordable Housing Obligation Study Commission is created to assist New Jersey municipalities in addressing affordable housing obligations. The commission will study the history of affordable housing in New Jersey, analyze past guidance from State agencies and advocacy groups, and assess population increases and housing needs. The commission will prepare a report with recommendations for municipalities and State agencies, which will be published within a year of the commission's organization. The commission will then expire.
