New Jersey A4667 increases property tax assessment appeal filing fees.

New Jersey A4667 increases the fees for filing an appeal of a property tax assessment with a county board of taxation. The fee increases are based on the assessed valuation of the property. For properties valued under $150,000, the fee increases from $5 to $25. For properties valued between $150,000 and $500,000, the fee increases from $25 to $75. For properties valued between $500,000 and $1 million, the fee increases from $100 to $150. For properties valued at $1 million or more, the fee increases from $150 to $200.
