It removes the requirement for using a pre-filled auto-injector mechanism and replaces it with the term “one use dose epinephrine.” The bill mandates that each board of education or chief school administrator of a nonpublic school develop a policy for the emergency administration of epinephrine to pupils for anaphylaxis.
