Authorizes Director of Board of County Commissioners to appoint a designee to serve on county planning board.
This bill amends New Jersey law to allow the Director of the Board of County Commissioners to appoint a designee to serve on the county planning board. Previously, the director was required to serve on the board. The bill also makes technical corrections to the law, including specifying the number of members on the planning board and their terms of service. The board of county commissioners may create a county planning board of not less than five nor more than nine members.
