New Jersey A4608 prohibits government dealings with entities associated with Nigeria.

New Jersey A4608 prohibits various government dealings with entities associated with Nigeria. The bill requires the Department of the Treasury to develop a list of entities engaged in prohibited activities in Nigeria. These activities include having a direct equity share in Nigeria, having business operations involving contracts or goods/services with Nigeria, being headquartered in Nigeria, or supporting Nigeria in supporting Islamic Terror Groups that persecute Christians. Entities on this list are ineligible for various government activities and benefits.
