Permits youth-serving patriotic societies to speak with public school students during regular school hours.

New Jersey A4594 allows representatives of patriotic societies, defined as organizations listed in Title 36 of the United States Code, to speak with public school students during the first quarter of the school year. The bill requires the patriotic society to notify the school principal of their intent to speak. The principal has discretion over the time, place, and manner of the visit. The society cannot solicit personal information from students during the visit.
