New Jersey A4569 requires county mosquito control agencies and commercial pesticide operators to notify residents within or adjacent to a mosquito spraying application at least five days prior to the event. The notification must be delivered by telephone or regular certified mail and include the date and time of the spraying and the types of chemicals to be used. This act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
