Establishes Office of Energy Management to administer energy incentive and utility assistance programs in New Jersey.

This bill creates the Office of Energy Management within the Department of the Treasury to centralize the administration of energy incentive and utility assistance programs. The office will manage all existing and new programs, develop a common application platform for utility assistance, and provide technical assistance to applicants. The office will also coordinate with other state and federal agencies to facilitate the transfer of responsibilities from other state agencies.
