New Jersey A4486 mandates that public institutions of higher education award academic credit to students who achieve a score of three or higher on advanced placement examinations or a score of 50 or higher on college-level examination program assessments. To qualify, students must be pursuing an associate or baccalaureate degree and must have completed the relevant advanced placement course or college-level examination program prior to enrollment.
