Directs the State Agriculture Development Committee to identify farmland ineligible for county preservation programs and invites applications for.

The bill directs the State Agriculture Development Committee to survey and identify farmland in each county that is eligible for differential property taxation but does not meet the county's minimum acreage requirement for farmland preservation. The committee must notify owners of these farms about State eligibility criteria and invite them to apply for farmland preservation under the State program. The committee will approve applications in the order they are submitted, provided funding is available and the farm meets eligibility criteria.
