New Jersey A4455 allows the Department of Veterans Affairs to accept voluntary contributions for veteran suicide prevention public service.

New Jersey A4455 permits the Department of Veterans Affairs to receive gifts, grants, and donations from the public and private sectors for veteran suicide prevention public service announcements. These funds will be deposited into a special nonlapsing fund maintained by the State Treasurer and will be used solely to fund these public service announcements. The bill takes effect immediately upon enactment.
