Establishes a Civil Air Patrol Fund within the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs, appropriating $100,000 annually.

This bill creates the Civil Air Patrol Fund within the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs. The fund will be supported by annual appropriations of $100,000 and will also receive federal and other grants, as well as donations from the public. The fund will support the New Jersey Wing of the Civil Air Patrol, including cadet programs in STEM, aviation, and space, search and rescue training, disaster relief, and other training initiatives. The fund is non-lapsing, meaning any unspent monies will carry forward.
