Establishes a Farm Mental Health and Financial Services Task Force to support farmers' mental and financial well-being.

The bill establishes a Farm Mental Health and Financial Services Task Force to develop and maintain a list of mental health and financial assistance services for farm owners, operators, supervisors, and laborers. The task force will provide information on available services and how to access them. It will also study methods used by other states to improve farmers' mental health and financial stability, and recommend actions for New Jersey. The task force will issue reports to the Governor and Legislature every three years.
