New Jersey A4325 mandates distribution of menopause information during annual physical exams for women aged 40 and older.

New Jersey A4325 requires licensed health care professionals to provide informational pamphlets on perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause to female patients aged 40 and older during annual physical examinations. The Department of Health must prepare and publish these pamphlets on its website within 90 days of the bill's effective date. The distribution of these pamphlets by health care professionals will commence 180 days after the bill takes effect.
