Authorizes State, county, and municipal law enforcement officers to access crime scenes and evidence.

New Jersey A4301 authorizes State, county, and municipal law enforcement officers to access crime scenes and evidence under their jurisdiction. It also makes it a violation for any person, including federal officers, to prevent access. The Attorney General will issue guidelines to implement this law, which takes effect four months after enactment.
