Establishes Council for Community Recovery and Family Success to promote well-being of infants, children, youth, and families in New Jersey.

The Council for Community Recovery and Family Success is established to guide and oversee a Statewide initiative focusing on the social and economic well-being of infants, children, youth, and families. The council will develop strategies to promote family success and implement preventive services. The council will consist of 25 members, including state officials and public members appointed by the Governor, Senate President, and Speaker of the General Assembly.
