Authorizes monetary awards for whistleblowers reporting tax law violations by construction industry employers.

The bill allows the Director of the Division of Taxation to provide monetary awards to whistleblowers who report tax law violations by employers in the construction industry. The award amount is determined based on the whistleblower's contribution to the outcome of any administrative or judicial action. If the whistleblower planned or initiated the violation, the award may be reduced or revoked. The bill also protects whistleblowers from retaliation under the Conscientious Employee Protection Act.
