New Jersey A4270 requires contracts between health care providers and carriers offering managed care plans, as well as the State Medicaid program and FamilyCare Health Coverage Program, to include a provision for carriers or programs to notify participating health care providers at least six months in advance of any policy changes that could result in the denial of coverage for services provided to a covered person.
