Directs DOE to develop guidelines for school districts on student mental health services.

The bill directs the Department of Education to develop guidelines for school districts to improve student mental health services. The guidelines must include recommendations on implementing a multi-tiered mental health system, establishing partnerships with community providers, and incorporating technology. The Department of Education, in partnership with other agencies, will also create a database of mental health resources available to school districts, students, and families. The guidelines will be posted on the Department of Education's website and updated annually.
