New Jersey A422 requires the Department of Education to annually report to the Governor and Legislature on the federal COVID-19 relief funds received and distributed to school districts. This includes funds from the CARES Act, CRRSA Act, ARP Act, and any other federal funding aimed at addressing the COVID-19 pandemic's impact. The report must detail the purposes for which these funds were used by the school districts. The Department must also submit a final report six months after the complete exhaustion of these funds by the school districts.
