Establishes a task force to study laws governing common interest communities and recommend legislative changes.

This bill creates the "Common Interest Community Task Force" to study laws governing common interest communities, including their functions, responsibilities, assessment collection practices, and contractual relationships with community association managers. The task force would make recommendations for legislation to create more effective and efficient policies. The task force would consist of 13 members, including representatives from the Senate, General Assembly, community association managers, builders, condominium and cooperative associations, and homeowners’ associations.
