Authorizes VCCO to compensate dependents of victims of drug-induced deaths under strict liability laws.

The bill amends New Jersey law to allow the Victims of Crime Compensation Office (VCCO) to make payments to dependents of deceased victims in cases of strict liability for drug-induced deaths. This change adds strict liability for drug-induced deaths to the list of crimes for which the VCCO can order compensation payments. The compensation applies when a defendant has been charged with the crime.
