Establishes a Veterans Affairs Oversight Board in New Jersey to oversee programs for military service members, veterans, and their families.

The bill creates a Veterans Affairs Oversight Board within the Department of Veterans Affairs in New Jersey. This board will oversee all veteran service officers, boards, councils, commissions, and programs within the Department of Veterans Affairs, as well as programs, benefits, and services provided by state executive branch departments, divisions, commissions, and agencies. The board will consist of the heads of veteran organizations with 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) tax-exempt status.
