Authorizes special plate for holders of "Combat Action Ribbon" in New Jersey.

This bill amends the law to allow individuals who have been awarded a Combat Action Ribbon to receive a special license plate, in addition to those who hold a Combat Infantryman Badge. The special plate will bear the words "Combat Infantryman Badge" and depict the Combat Infantryman Badge emblem. The fee for these plates is $15, in addition to other registration fees.
