This bill amends the "Municipal Land Use Law" to clarify that applications for the collocation of wireless communications equipment must be reviewed by an administrative officer. The bill specifies that such applications are not subject to site plan or other land use board review. The administrative officer must issue or deny a zoning permit within 30 business days of receipt of a request. If the administrative officer fails to act within this period, the failure is deemed to be an approval of the application.
