New Jersey A4064 requires the Office of Planning Advocacy to publish information on warehouses over 100,000 square feet on its website.

New Jersey A4064 amends existing law to require the Office of Planning Advocacy to compile and publish a bi-annual listing of warehouses over 100,000 square feet on its website. This listing must include details such as whether the warehouse was built on speculation, total square footage, percentage of rented or leased space, operating hours, number of employees, municipality location, vehicle traffic volume, construction on farmland, distance from municipal boundaries, construction year, green building standards, and watershed location.
