New Jersey A4017 requires limited liability companies to disclose ownership information when submitting a deed for recording.

New Jersey A4017 mandates that limited liability companies and foreign limited liability companies, when acting as grantees of a deed for residential real property containing one to two dwelling units or a multiple dwelling, must disclose each beneficial owner's information when filing the deed for recording. The disclosure includes the beneficial owner's full legal name, date of birth, current business street address, and a unique identifying number from an acceptable identification document.
