Establishes procedures for licensing international medical graduates in New Jersey.

The Expanding Physician Access Act of 2025 establishes procedures for the licensing of certain international medical graduates in New Jersey. The State Board of Medical Examiners must grant a provisional license to practice medicine to any international medical graduate with an offer for employment in New Jersey. The board may require the applicant to pass an examination or assessment of skills if they have not practiced for over five years or if there are potential clinical deficiencies.
