Establishes the Office of Cybersecurity Infrastructure to oversee state cybersecurity policies and AI integration.

The Office of Cybersecurity Infrastructure Act creates an independent office within the Executive Branch to manage cybersecurity policies and AI integration for both public and private sectors. The office, led by a Chief Officer appointed by the Governor, will oversee cybersecurity operations, establish policies, and coordinate with state agencies. It will also develop an internet website to inform the public about its operations. The Chief Officer will submit budget requests, provide periodic reports to the Governor, and issue an annual report to the Governor and the Legislature.
