New Jersey A3956 requires Internet websites that substantially deal in electronic dissemination of third-party commercial recordings or audiovisual works to disclose their correct name, physical address, telephone number, and email address in a location readily accessible to consumers. The bill allows owners, assignees, authorized agents, or exclusive licensees of a commercial recording or audiovisual work to bring a private cause of action against violators for declaratory judgment and injunctive relief.
