Requires local units to accept electronic payments for fees imposed under the "State Uniform Construction Code Act." A local unit must establish a card payment system or electronic funds transfer system for these payments. The resolution specifying approved charges for electronic payment must exclude credit card payments for delinquent obligations or lien redemptions. The act takes effect immediately.
