New Jersey A3943 allows eligible high school students to enroll in certain courses at county colleges.

New Jersey A3943 permits high school students to take courses at county colleges if they meet specific criteria. Eligible students must be residents of New Jersey, at least 16 years old and enrolled in grade 12, maintain good academic standing, and obtain written permission from their high school principal. Notably, students enrolling in credit courses for career certification or license do not need a State-endorsed diploma or to have completed the General Educational Development Test.
