Prohibits the use of schools as polling places in New Jersey.
This bill amends New Jersey law to prohibit the use of schools as polling places for any election. The county board may still select other public buildings or commercial or private buildings as polling places, provided they are accessible to individuals with disabilities and the elderly. The county board must consider the use of accessible buildings when selecting a polling place. The bill takes effect immediately.
