Establishes a disaster relief grant program to provide municipalities with training, supply stockpiles, and technology to assist residents with.

This bill establishes a disaster relief program within the Division of Disaster Recovery and Mitigation in the Department of Community Affairs. The program aims to provide municipalities with training, supply stockpiles, and technology to assist residents with disaster relief applications and other paperwork. The Office of Emergency Management, in consultation with the division, will establish an application process, priority guidelines based on risk assessment, training guidelines for municipal employees, and supply stockpile guidelines according to each municipality's master plan.
