New Jersey A3894 provides that secondary classroom experience can be credited towards meeting the classroom training portion of a registered apprenticeship. This applies to apprenticeship programs established under the Youth Transitions to Work Partnership Act. Partners in these programs must consult and gain approval from the United States Department of Labor before making such agreements.
