New Jersey A3892 amends the "90-Day Law" to exclude permit applications for the construction of natural gas or petroleum product pipelines and related infrastructure from automatic approval if the Department of Environmental Protection fails to take action within 90 days. This means that if the DEP does not approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove an application within 90 days, it will not be automatically approved. Related infrastructure includes, but is not limited to, compressor stations and transmission corridor projects.
