New Jersey A3874 permits State employees who are not covered by collective negotiations agreements to enroll in certain negotiated health care plans. It allows these employees to make the same contributions as those negotiated by the Communication Workers of America. The bill also gives the commission discretion to modify payment obligations for State employees not covered by collective negotiations agreements, in a manner consistent with any binding collective negotiations agreement.
