Extends the time period for public notice of certain land use applications from 10 days to 21 days.

The bill amends the public notice requirements for certain land use applications in New Jersey. It extends the time period for public notice from 10 days to 21 days before a scheduled public hearing. This applies to applications for property development, including those adjacent to county roads, State highways, and properties exceeding 150 acres or 500 dwelling units. The notice must be given to property owners within 200 feet of the subject property, county planning boards, the Commissioner of Transportation, the State Planning Commission, and relevant public utilities.
