New Jersey A3764 authorizes the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission to issue special childhood cancer awareness license plates. The design will display words and images signifying support for childhood cancer awareness, selected in consultation with the WITH Grace Initiative. The WITH Grace Initiative or an entity designated by them must contribute up to $25,000 to offset initial costs, and provide at least 500 completed applications. The program will remain inoperative until these conditions are met.
